The Possibility of Increasing the Inter-repair Mileage of Hydraulic Vibration Dampers of Passenger Cars by Changing the Design and Material of the Bushings in the Heads of the Dampers

The article discusses the design of the heads of hydraulic vibration dampers of passenger cars with a detailed analy- sis of the materials used in the manufacture of bushings in the heads of dampers. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of these materials, as well as taking into account the aggressive environment in which the extin- guisher operates, the main disadvantages of the materials used and the possibility of replacing them with more wear-resistant ones are identified.
